At the iAcademy we use our vast experience and understanding of the business world to help you and your people learn and develop. More importantly, we help you to utilise and implement that learning. In some of our larger development programmes we will support and consult with you on that learning implementation, ensuring transfer. This is achieved through the WBL, Work Based Learning module. Our Story
Over the years David, Juan and the team at the iAcademy have had a unique insight into the business world. As they have taught and developed their trainees over the years, they have witnessed tumultuous change in how business is done due to the digital revolution. Gone is the domineering boss to be replaced with the inclusive and decisive leader. Gone are the days of strict hierarchy and slow ponderous business practices to make way for organic, dynamic and agile ways to do business. Plus many more exciting and insightful ways to approach work. We believe training must evolve to keep up with the demands of this new business world. As a result of this we have developed and delivered training to meet these needs. Meet The Leadership Team
David Duff
Co-Founder
David Duff has 25 plus years experience in Retail. Both as store Leadership/Management and a strategic senior project manager responsible for the development, and day to day running of, leadership development programme’s in the retail sector. David is currently a business trainer and lecturer,specialising in the areas of leadership and management development, international strategy, innovation & entrepreneurship and HRM.
Juan Fravega
Co-Founder
During more than 25 years Juan has worked with many retailers and suppliers, ranging from relatively small locals to large multinationals, in virtually all distribution channels, including Food, Pharmaceuticals, Do-It-Yourself and Convenience; providing him with a unique and multi-faceted view on the retailing business. Juan also works as a lecturer and business trainer specialising in theacademic fields of Strategy Management and Marketing.
